Indian railways should take note of 2 things:

1. Any delay in running of trains should be intimated to passengers
2. Any delay in running of trains should be informded via NTES

Today was a classic instance of absence of any intimation / information or communication about the late running of 82632 - ERS-Chennai Central Suvidha Special - 15-Jul-2018

What is the point in collecting a premium fee for a Suvida Special Train if trains are on every occasion unduly delayed?

Does the Rail Ministry have any concern for passengers' time?

Are the Railway Station Masters passenger friendly?
